First love is a bit of a funny thing. I loved so much, learnt so much and I hurt probably even more. It’s beautiful and terrifying at the same time, to let go of all your senses and trust somebody so much to ignore all the cracks. At some point though you gotta wake up and realise you’ve put up with enough. And if you’re a songwriter - start writing songs about it.

‘it isn’t real’ is about those moments, about heartbreak, self-worth and finding strength to walk away.

I appreciate you showing up for the singles of this project sooo much and I hope that the full EP lets you understand this story a little bit better.
